I'm Meg,
I am a dedicated facilitator and life student of breathwork, yoga and movement, nervous system regulation, energy work, emotional intelligence and meditation. My ethos and vision is around C r e a t i n g
S p a c e.
Through a blend of science, ancient practices and modern techniques we come together to learn about ourselves through expansion and rest. As a student of these practices myself, I believe in the power of conscious breath, mindful movement, and energetic alignment. I’m passionate about leading uniquely themed group classes and one-on-one private sessions. All techniques are beginner friendly.
My approach is rooted in the belief that every person has the innate ability and right to feel, heal and transform their everyday life and experience to the fullest potential.

Offerings

Meg hosts community workshops and events at inspiring studio spaces in and around the Vancouver area. Each theme being uniquely different. The purpose is to bring individuals together in community, while creating space to rest and recharge.

Meg works with individuals on a one on one basis where she creates and shares unique programs based around the individuals daily lives. These programs are uniquely curated to the individual. The purpose is to invite in more presence, body and emotional awareness.

Meg offers the opportunity to invite in meditation, breathwork, somatic practices, movement and more into both small and large corporations to help the staff or management become more present and grounded. Meg also offers workshops around energetic boundaries and more.
